Meet Kevin Coluccio

Kevin is committed to helping people. Throughout his career, he has spared no effort in obtaining the justice that his clients so readily deserve. Kevin spent much of his youth growing up on a farm where he learned the importance of hard work and a commitment to accomplishing the tasks at hand.

With each case, Kevin takes the necessary steps to thoroughly understand every aspect of his client’s injuries and damages. He takes a hands-on approach and often meets with his clients at their worksites or at accident scenes to gather more insight.

Kevin has worked for nearly 20 years on serious motor vehicle crashes, and catastrophic railroad and maritime injuries. In addition, Kevin handles complex product liability and negligence claims, including asbestos cases, and has pursued many cases holding the government accountable for its wrongdoings.

In 1994, Kevin became the youngest lawyer to ever be designated by a union when he received the appointment from the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers – Railroad Division.

Kevin is recognized for his litigation skills in both pretrial discovery and trial presentation. In his accomplished career, Kevin has obtained more than ten verdicts or settlements in excess of $1 million. Since 2000, he has successfully litigated three cases which have resulted in payment to his clients of over $8 million in each case.

Kevin has been selected as a Super Lawyer in each annual edition of Washington Law & Politics. During the past three years he has been recognized as one of the publication’s top 100 super lawyers, a select group nominated by other lawyers in the state. In addition, Kevin is a founding member of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, a proctor in the Maritime Law Association of the United States and a board member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
